Put in his Place

I have a headache and don't want to get up and be productive; so blogging it is.
Poor Spikey, Mae is so mean to him.  All day long she messes with him and hurts him.  I have seen her walk past him in the hall and push him down, for no reason whatsoever.  She takes everything he has away from him, she throws stuff at him.  She liked to pull his hair so we had to get it cut.  She is really quite mean.  I suspect that she is just showing him who is boss. It isn't just at home either, the fitness center day care lady said Mae is mean to him there.  Every time the lady turned away Spike was climbing up on the table trying to get away from Mae.  The disturbing part is that she didn't learn this behavior from anyone.  Max has always been overly nice to her and he adores Spike.  Nope this sociopathic behavior is all her.....

Dude, remember when Quincy was a baby and Reese bit her toes for no good reason at all? What the heck?! I thought for sure she'd end up in therapy someday for how vindictive and malicious her behavior was...especially since it was unprovoked. Let her get her jabs in now, because Spike will probably pay her back big time in about 15 months.

I wish I knew what to do with Addison. She turned into a major hitter almost overnight. Now she hits pretty much every kid she meets, except for babies. (I guess I should just be relieved about the no-babies thing.) Time-outs just don't seem to mean squat to her and even though I'm not totally anti-spanking, I feel like I personally can't get myself to use physical punishment with her. If you have any good discipline methods or see any progress, I want to hear about it! I'm starting to feel like not taking Addison out to meet other kids, but of course, she craves the socialization like crazy.
