What the HELL was I thinking?

Okay so I have decided to come clean, yup I am offically pregnant with baby number 2. What the HELL was I thinking. Okay so I am so gonna love this kid and I totally love my son Max, but seriously, how could I have forgotten how insanely miserable pregnancy is? Well, part of it may be that I was never this sick with Max. (and please no comments on how this means it will be a girl, I am kinda hoping for another boy) I have been sick almost every second of every day for the past three weeks. I have drugs but they are doing nothing. Poor Jeff has been a real trooper and taken over the house for the past three weeks. He didn't even complain when I went to bed at 8 on his birthday. I am excited and will be happy when it comes around in September. I think it is about time Max had a partner in crime. So many of my posts to follow will be documenting how miserable I am so that I will never do this again! I will not be adding one of those floating fetuses to my blog cause I think they take something really wonderful and make it creepy. Hmmm maybe I should add something positive to the blog before I lose all my readers....No seriously Jeff and I are happy and the baby is healthy (they did an ultrasound to check after all that happened this summer.) So if you haven't seen or heard from me in the past few weeks this is why. Hopefully this all will pass soon, (please don't tell me if you were sick your entire pregnancy, that kinda info is never helpful or comforting,) and I will be back to my normally cheerful self, HA!

Congratulations! Not on the feel like crap part. That totally sucks, and you're right, there is really nothing anyone can say other than "you look super skinny and fabulous" or "I'm coming over to bring you food, babysit your kid, and clean your house...and by the way here is a thousand dollars" that could to make one feel better about how terrible it feels to be pregnant.

I agree on the floating baby thing, it's weird..but sometimes I do wish I had something up just so people could check the blog instead of asking every 5 seconds when I'm due.

Hope you feel better soon, and that your new doctor doesn't make you push out another near 11 pounder. You should get a tattoo somewhere that says 10.9 on it...just for bragging purposes.

Congrats on a partner in crime for Max, and consolation for your constant sickness! Hope you feel better soon. I was just thinking about you, as I fumbled through trying to make a pie. ;) This is my second attempt, as my first was a little disastrous, but I'm not giving up until I get it right.

Congrats!! I don't think there is a rhyme or reason behind how feeling more sick determines what the gender of the baby is. I wasn't as sick with baby #2 so I was convinced it was a boy, but it isn't. Hope you get through the sickness before too long. If you need anything, let us know. Oh, and instead of the floating fetus on your blog, you can put a baby countdown from lilypie.com. That is what I have, and it is cute.

Yeah for babies. I thought you might be pregnant. I was really sick with Hannah. I lost like 15 lbs. It was kinda nice to be skinnier but not a good way to get that way. I wasn't very sick with Bella though so everyone told me I was having a boy, nope she was a girl. I hope you start feeling better soon. With Hannah I just never left the couch and no one saw me for 3 months, hopefully we see you sooner rather than later. If you need me to take Max some day when you need a break, let me know.

Oh hey the floating baby thing is weird but on our blog we have a thing that tells how old Hannah is and they also count down pregnancy but it isn't a floating baby.

Yay! Way to come clean! Wish I could help more. By the way, you are really not encouraging me to try to get back on the pregnancy wagon again... :) But that's ok.

If you look on seriouslysoblessed.blogspot.com the chica has a bunch of widgets (like 8) that don't have creepy floating fetuses. Plus it's a website that's good for a laugh if you like to occasionally mock LDS culture.

Thank you for all the well wishes. It is exciting, I think it will really hit me in a few weeks as I begin to feel better and then when I feel the baby move.

Congrats! I hope you feel better soon. I know I don't VT you anymore, but you can still call me if you need ANYTHING! I agree about the floating fetus! Those things ARE creepy! Congrats again!
