Rollin in the Deep

One odd thing about Mae is that she wasn't much of a roller as a baby.  She rolled over a few times, but never really took to it.  It was quite a surprise to us since Max would roll all the way across the living room floor until he hit a wall.  We would then have to turn him around so he could roll the other way.  That boy loved to roll.  Spike seems to be following in the footsteps of his big brother.  He does best when placed on his back in the middle of the living room floor giving him lots of room to roll.  He isn't quite up to Max's top speed and distance, but I suspect that he will never reach that due to interference from Mae.  He likes to play with the toys under his playmat, but the poles tend to interfere with his rolling, so I foresee putting the mat up very soon.
