Too Much!
There is just too much cuteness going on at this house. Sometimes I wonder if I am going to become numb to the adorable. It is like constantly watching puppies snuggling with kittens playing with bunnies. I am thinking about joining a roller derby team in Fayetteville just to get some violence out and balance my universe. It is either that or start watching the Saw movies. This have gone into uber cute lately with Mae. She makes sure that Spike has a stuffed animal each time we put him down to sleep. A few days ago she even said, "Nite nite Spikey!" Spikey. Disgustingly adorable. I am a bit afraid that all this adorable behavior can only lead to two possible outcomes. Either they will continue to stay ultra adorable and become the next Osmonds, which will then make our closeness to Branson convenient, or they will become serial killers. I don't know which outcome I fear more.

The Girls
Mae only went for the pink eggs at the hunt today. What a girl. I realize that I somewhat forced her into pink at the beginning, but I think I can safetly say that she has now chosen it for herself. I have to remeber these cute moments when she wakes us up screaming every night at 3 a.m. She is not going without her binky without a fight. A three week fight.

Busy
Lots has happened lately, and I still haven't blogged about the new roof ordeal. Actually, I'll just take care of that really quick; We got a new roof, the insurance covered it. They took way too long, covered my lawn with nails, and took off early before the big storm. Nice! Also, the owner was a racist who openly told us he made sure we got the white guys?!? He also couldn't stop mentioning the fact that he went to Harvard. Bully for him.
We got a new car! This will be a separate post to come later. Let me just clarify that it was necessary and not cause we are rolling in the dough.
My mommy is coming for my birthday. It seems fitting since she was there for the big event 30 years ago. I tend to think on all my kids birthday's that I did all the work, so maybe I should get her something while she is here. Especially since she is getting over her fear of flying to come out. She must really love me.
Speaking of the big 30, I am still compiling my decade resolutions, please feel free to send me a note or comment on what you think I need to work on. I suspect most of the comments will be like those found in my yearbooks, "Just stay awesome!"
