1234 sq. ft. 3bd 2 ba, $750 a month. 
So we have our fingers crossed that someone will want to rent our old house,(or buy.) After lots of hard work and a few relator hassels we have it listed and are praying daily that it gets picked up quickly. Besides the obvious terrors of paying two mortgages, I am sick and tired of driving over there to water my garden 
(which looks fantastic!) and mow the lawn. 
Anyone want to move to Arkansas?

$750/mo for that place?? That's insane!! We're paying $715 for WYMOUNT!!! Who wouldn't want to rent your place? Good luck!

Your garden looks fabulous, what a green thumb you have! I'll have to get some pointers from you on what to do with my flower bed in front of my house.
Any luck renting the house yet?
Sadly not yet, we just realized that our relator had been giving everyone long out of the way directions to the house and we have now straightened that out and are more hopeful for next month. Kepp us on the top of the prayer list.
One word: Craigslist. Do they have one in NW Ark? You could also consider doing a lease to own and make sure your realtor gets it on the MLS. It's such a cute house, I'm sure it will go fast as soon as you get some traffic through there.
